Anzac Day ceremonies 2008
Ho Chi Minh City
The Australian and New Zealand Consulates will jointly host an Anzac Day service at 7:00am on Friday 25 April 2008, on the 8th floor of the Majestic Hotel, 1 Dong Khoi, District 1, HCMC. Australian citizens wishing to attend are asked to register via email to: jodi.bergmann@dfat.gov.au. Those attending may be required to present their passport or other photo identification on the day.
Long Tan Cross
Services at and access to the Long Tan Cross are subject to Vietnamese Government approval. The Australian Consulate-General has been granted approval to conduct an Anzac Day dawn service at 0515 hours on Friday 25 April 2008. All visitors should note that they are required to register details of proposed visits to the Long Tan Cross with local authorities.
